• Complex global calendar & travel management

• Cross-functional project management
• Acting as a trusted extension of the executive The ideal candidate will have: ?

8+ years supporting C-level executives or senior investment professionals ? Experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or similarly high-intensity environments preferred ? Bachelor's degree highly preferred ? Exceptional communication and organizational skills ? Strong discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail ?
