The Swan Country Club in the gorgeous Hudson Valley of NY is seeking an exceptional, visionary Executive Chef to lead and elevate our culinary program. This is a rare opportunity for a chef with a proven track record in crafting refined farm-to-table and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, with a deep respect for seasonality, simplicity, and execution at a high level. The Vision We are committed to a culinary philosophy rooted in: Locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from nearby farms and purveyors Emphasis on organic, grass-fed, and wild-caught products Menus that evolve with the seasons— simple, elegant, and expressive A balance of earthy flavors and refined, thoughtful presentation While we are not a vegan restaurant, we value a chef who can thoughtfully incorporate plant-forward and vegan offerings , alongside expertly prepared meats and seafood requiring precision and discipline. What You'll Lead This role extends beyond a single kitchen. In addition to our main dining experience, you will oversee and further develop our seasonal outdoor bar and restaurant —a casual yet upscale, high-energy space serving both golfers and the public. This environment offers is your choice to curate, from: Tapas, Raw bar, BBQ, and/or Gourmet pizza Breakfast-to-go for early golfers and guests Weekend brunch and alfresco dining Live music on weekends , creating a vibrant, social atmosphere This is not a traditional golf club—it is a multi-experience destination with the opportunity to refine, expand, and elevate each offering. As the seasons shift, the experience transitions seamlessly into our indoor dining environments.
