The Role You will:

Lead BOH execution under the GM's vision Help build kitchen systems pre-opening Hire and train line cooks Maintain food cost discipline Own prep systems, pars, and ordering Be a culture carrier You are not just running shifts — you are helping build the foundation. Who You Are 3+ years in kitchen leadership Strong organizational systems Calm under pressure Financially aware (food cost, waste control) Passionate but disciplined Can mentor younger cooks ServSafe Food Manager You understand: Structure creates freedom. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
