Executive Chef

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record of success in high-end dining establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budget targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and menu planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of quality
• Experience in catering, restaurant management, and team management is preferred
