This role offers a unique opportunity to craft authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine while managing all aspects of kitchen operations. As the culinary leader, you will inspire your team, uphold exceptional food safety standards, and create memorable dining experiences that celebrate Italy's rich culinary heritage. Your expertise will set the foundation for our restaurant's success and reputation in the vibrant hospitality scene. Duties Oversee all food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence in food service and teamwork. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions. Implement training programs for culinary staff to enhance skills in food production, presentation, and safety procedures. Oversee kitchen scheduling, shift management, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency. Collaborate on menu planning for daily service as well as special occasions or themed events to attract diverse clientele. #EHS2
