Position Summary To lead and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Premier Senior Living policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the community's business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

Community Management Compliance Management Community Staffing and Retention Business Management Marketing and Revenue Management Community Relations Qualifications:
