Full-time The Opportunity:
Join our Executive Leadership Team as one of the architects of our restaurant's continued growth. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will have a direct seat at the table in shaping the future of this growing restaurant. You will not just manage a department; you will build it from the ground up. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a leader who thrives on operational excellence, structure, and the development of others.Role Mission:
Architect and sustain a world-class, data-driven training culture that makes Pathway the single source of truth, ensuring operational excellence, food‑safety protection, and the development of the next generation of Chick‑fil‑A leaders by linking insights to on‑floor executionCore Responsibilities Culture Stewardship:
Ensure the restaurant's \Winning Hearts Every Day\ strategy is woven into every training module.Founding Program Architecture:
Design and implement the restaurant's foundational training systems, from Day 0 onboarding to shift and director-level leadership development.Pathway Mastery:
Serve as the primary administrator and champion of Pathway. Ensure 100% adoption and that every Team Member is trained to the exact brand standard.Operational SME:
Act as the restaurant's premier Subject Matter Expert. You must be able to model excellence to effectively coach and validate others.Strategic Analytics:
Monitor daily CEM (Customer Experience Monitor) feedback to identify performance gaps. Deliver comprehensive End-of-Month (EOM) reports to the Operator, correlating training efforts to financial and operational wins.Leadership Pipeline:
Identify and mentor the next generation of leaders, ensuring a deep \bench\ of talent ready for promotion.The Ideal Candidate Drives Results:
