Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to uphold cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service for linens and guest clothing Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication Experience Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning, and janitorial services Experience with laundry operations and hotel housekeeping management preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence is highly desirable Join us to lead a dynamic housekeeping team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and outstanding service!
