This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating beautifully organized, welcoming spaces while actively participating in the daily cleaning and upkeep of the home. The Executive Housekeeper will combine high-level household management with hands-on housekeeping responsibilities, ensuring the residence operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly organized, and enjoys creating calm, functional systems. Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Home Care Perform detailed daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and specialty spaces Maintain high-level cleanliness and presentation throughout the residence Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe care, and linen management Care for fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, delicate surfaces, and luxury materials Manage seasonal deep cleaning projects and household maintenance schedules Keep kitchen, pantry, storage rooms, and household supplies fully organized Organization & Personal Touch Create and maintain organizational systems for closets, pantries, cabinets, storage areas, and household inventory Anticipate household needs and proactively improve functionality and comfort Prepare guest rooms and living spaces with thoughtful attention to detail Help create a warm, welcoming environment for family members and guests Assist with special household projects, seasonal décor, and event preparation as needed Household Management Coordinate vendors, service appointments, and household deliveries Monitor household inventory and restock supplies Maintain household manuals, schedules, and organization systems Communicate effectively with homeowner regarding priorities and household needs Assist in overseeing additional outdoor staff when necessary Qualifications Previous experience managing and maintaining large private homes or estates Strong hands-on housekeeping skills with high cleaning standards Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail Professional, trustworthy, and discreet Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing household needs Excellent time management and communication skills Experience with luxury homes, fine fabrics, and specialty surfaces preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Takes genuine pride in creating beautiful, organized spaces Enjoys both hands-on work and household coordination Has a thoughtful, service-oriented mindset Notices small details and takes initiative without being asked Brings warmth, professionalism, and consistency to the home Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Flexible schedule based on household needs Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits and paid time off
