Executive Pastry Chef

Job description Wilder is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to join our team! Wilder is seeking an energetic, creative, and experienced pastry chef to run our pastry and baking program. Wilder offers a full service dessert menu including composed desserts, house made ice creams and sorbets, In addition to the dessert program, the Executive Pastry Chef oversees the bread program including pull apart rolls. The pastry chef will work directly with our Executive Chef to create and evolve the dessert menu throughout the seasons. The ideal candidate will have experience running a dessert program in a high-volume environment as well as being able to work in a creative and dynamic team. The pastry chef will be in charge of all aspects of the pastry program including recipe testing, pastry cook training, production, organization, and costing.
