JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Recording Secretary I will be responsible for developing meeting agendas and verifying the required format for each resolution and/or motions. Maintains accurate records of all Board of Directors meetings, including hard copy and digital. Responsible for transcribing and delivering all meeting minutes to include regular board meetings, special board meetings, general council, and semi-annual general council, directives, and resolutions/ordinance to archival storage.
COMPENSATION
$23.25 MINIMUM
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience working in an office environment. Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs. Two (2) years of experience maintaining confidentiality. Two (2) years of experience working with Tribal Policies and Procedures. Two (2) years of experience in customer service.
SKILLS TESTING
Typing- 35 WPM
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
Must be an enrolled Tulalip Tribal Member. WA State Driver's License. (Personal Auto Insurance) Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required) Must be able to pass a Hearing test to determine capability of performing job duties. Obtain and maintain Notary Public certificate during employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
