Job Description
- Join Our Chiropractic & Wellness Team!
What You'll Do:
Assist our chiropractor with patient care, including passive care modalities (such as heat, stim, ultrasound, etc.). Provide assisted stretching techniques (fascial release, isometric, and passive stretching) and specific exercises that are assigned by our doctor/clinic director. Instruct patients in specific biomechanics and corrective movement patterns as prescribed by the doctor. Support patients in achieving better mobility, strength, and overall wellness. Help create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment for all patients.Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Open and close the clinic properly
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding inquiries about the company or services/assist in patient education
- Manage providers calendars/patient appointments appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying/correctly handle and record patient records
- Perform passive modalities on patients when needed/assist doctors with patient care and muscle work when needed
- Work well with the team to ensure patient and doctor satisfaction and smooth operations
- Other assignable tasks as needed
- On site training available for exercise therapist role/some certifications will need to be obtained.
Duties include:
performing passive/isometric/assisted stretching on patients; properly demonstrating exercises for patients per recommendations of doctors; educating patients on proper form etc. for assigned exercises/rehab therapies.Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show a genuine care for helping others/be a team player
- Proficient in using phone systems/computers and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Ability to learn efficiently & adapt to a growing clinic This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and has strong organizational skills.
