  • Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working with children or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
  • Must possess and maintain a Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate and Infant/Child & Adult CPR Certificate.
  • Must pass District-approved proficiency exam for paraprofessionals or other following options: Possession of an Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) or completion of 48 college semester units (verified by official transcripts).
