• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Senior Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction Manage shift operations, including coordinating staff schedules, overseeing food and beverage service, and resolving guest concerns promptly Train, develop, and mentor team members in food handling, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee inventory control processes to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and manage ordering procedures effectively Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of each shift Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff for efficient food production and service Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated ability in staff training & development, team management, and supervising food service operations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, interview candidates, and support staff development Join our vibrant team where your leadership can inspire excellence!
