REPAINTS and ability to lead/train/grow. Must be able to cut freehand, roll for hours with 18in rollers, and be able to provide exemplary customer service. Pay is based on efficiency, experience, and production. The work is not just painting, but leading and growing our team through leading by example, training, guiding, and motivating new team members, and adapting to our rapid growth as it comes. This is a professional position with daily expectations to be sober, clean cut, and with a good attitude! Must have a working cell phone and a reliable vehicle to get to work sites, which vary daily.
