Experienced Asphalt Loader Operator

Overview We are seeking an experienced Asphalt loader operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and a passion for working on construction sites. Duties Collaborate with crew members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed. Qualifications Loader Operator Experience is a MUST, especially with paving driveways. Familiarity with asphalt paving processes and techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must possess a valid driver's license.
