Requirements:

Must have either ASC or Michigan certifications Automotive Repair and Diagnosis experience required Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufactory repair and diagnostic procedures Strong focus on fixing it right the FIRST time and providing our customers with the best experience possible Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and AC systems Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Acura experiences preferred Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Valid Driver's license

Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner Communicate with Service advisors and explain mechanical issues to customers effectively Advise Service Advisor and Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs or extra time needed Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts Road-test vehicles to ensure repair has been completed successfully Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations in governing service repair work Call and set up an interview with us.
