What you'll be doing Performing collision repairs to OEM specifications — structural, panel replacement, R&I, welding, frame straightening, and metal finishing Working from detailed repair plans and supplements Documenting your repairs with photos and notes for insurance compliance Collaborating with estimators, painters, and the parts team to keep jobs moving Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area What we're looking for 5+ years of experience as a flat rate body technician (will consider strong 3+ year techs) I-CAR Pro Level certification preferred (we'll support your continued training) Comfortable with structural repair, MIG/spot welding, aluminum work, and ADAS-aware repairs Your own tools and toolbox Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right Valid driver's license and clean driving record What we offer $22-$26/hr flat rate based on experience and certifications Steady, consistent workflow from DRPs, dealership work, and walk-in collision business Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA Retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Paid I-CAR training — we invest in your career Tool and toolbox financing assistance Employee discounts Family-friendly schedule — Monday through Friday, no Saturdays Location Covington, PA — Tioga County, Northern Tier.
