As an Experienced Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily living—helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred) Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning Provide care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's, offering patience, structure, and reassurance Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks) Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients If so, read on to learn more about working with SYNERGY HomeCare.
