We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Candidates selected during this hiring phase will complete onboarding in late May and be among the first considered for new client assignments as our Claremont location grows. What We're Looking For Experienced caregivers, CNAs, Home Care Aides, or nursing students Compassionate and reliable individuals with strong communication skills Experience with personal care, companionship, dementia care, transfers, or mobility assistance preferred Must be able to provide professional and respectful care in clients' homes Weekend and evening availability is a plus Responsibilities Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation to appointments or errands Mobility and transfer assistance Dementia and memory care support Why Join Living Well Home Care?
