Exp Responsibilities:

Water, Fire and Mold damage mitigation and restoration Carpet cleaning Air duct and dryer vent cleaning Upholstery and hard surface cleaning Equipment setup and maintenance Loading/unloading equipment and supplies Providing excellent customer service on-site Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally Communicate with customers throughout projects Maintain quality control standards

Qualifications:

Restoration or cleaning experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license required Xactimate experience is a plus
