Experienced Cleaning Professional for Vacant Unit and Multi Apartment Building Cleaning

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Apartment Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, and common areas to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is able to meet deadlines for apartment turnovers and move-ins.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Benefits Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance PTO IRA with match Cleaning supplies provided Responsibilities Clean and sanitize vacant apartments prior to new tenant move-ins Perform apartment turnover cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, counters, windows, and floors Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas Clean and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Wipe down walls, doors, baseboards, blinds, and light fixtures Clean inside and outside of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and other appliances Remove trash, debris, and leftover items from apartments and common areas Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, offices, and other shared spaces Report damages, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in proper working order Follow all company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals Complete assigned work orders and turnover cleanings by required deadlines Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning as needed Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of apartment grounds and exterior areas Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the property including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, dumpster enclosures, and breezeways Sweep, blow, and pressure wash exterior walkways, stairwells, patios, curbs, and parking areas Clean dumpster areas and keep them free of debris and odors Qualifications Previous residential, apartment, housekeeping, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and management Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops

Experience with apartment turnover cleaning Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques Ability to identify minor maintenance issues during cleaning Experience using professional cleaning equipment and supplies
