The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machines. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The CNC Machinist will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. STC Aerospace offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mills to manufacture a variety of parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Make machine adjustments as necessary. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise during production. Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and enhance product quality. Must also work well as an individual. Monitor and verify parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and quality standards. Be willing and open to adapting to multiple jobs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as a Machinist in an aerospace environment required. Experience with

OKUMA/HAAS

machines preferred. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions. Excellent organizational skills and time management. Communicate effectively with team members. Strong commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
