Experienced CNC Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Set up and operate CNC milling machines, and manual machining operations such as a planer and chop saw to fabricate foam inserts ensuring qaulity and tolerances are achieved. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including tooling changes, calibration Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication, assembly line tasks, and packaging as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine logs, and quality control reports to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, and related equipment in a manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code), CAM programming software, and blueprint reading skills. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling setup, machining processes, GD&T principles, and precision measurement instruments including micrometers and calipers. Ability to work safely in a factory environment while adhering to safety protocols; forklift certification is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances. Prior factory or manufacturing experience with materials handling, assembly line operations, or packaging is preferred. Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
