• Sunday-Thursday Avalon Foodservice is seeking a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canal Fulton.

This position plays an important role in supporting customers, processing orders accurately, and working closely with transportation, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Communicate product shortages, substitutions, and delivery updates Coordinate with internal departments including transportation, warehouse, and purchasing Maintain strong relationships with customers and support day-to-day operations Perform general administrative and customer support duties Required to work most holidays if needed

Qualifications:

One year prior customer service or office experience required Strong telecommunications experience required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Suite required Foodservice industry experience is helpful, but not required
