• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee and lead our Daycare program aimed at supporting Children and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in daycare operations, early childhood education, strong communication skills, and ability to lead/supervise staff. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and OFCS.
• Supervise program staff to ensure quality program delivery
• Oversee administrative tasks related to the program Experience The successful candidate should possess:
• Experience working with children
• Proficiency in relationship management and team leadership
• Knowledge of behavioral modification
• Expertise in program development and management
• Previous experience supervising staff in a similar setting
