Job Description

Transystems, LLC is hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician to maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and support equipment. This role is for someone with at least 3 years of diesel mechanic experience who takes pride in safe repairs, accurate diagnostics, and keeping equipment ready to work. Our technicians are a key part of our operation. Their work keeps our fleet moving, our drivers safe, and our customers served.
What You'll Do:
Maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel power units, trailers, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service work. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems.

Inspect equipment for safety, reliability, and DOT compliance. Use diagnostic tools and shop experience to identify issues and complete repairs correctly. Document work performed and communicate repair needs clearly.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of diesel technician or heavy-duty mechanic experience required. Experience with diesel engines, heavy trucks, trailers, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, and preventative maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in quality workmanship. Safety-focused, dependable, and able to work independently or with a team. Basic mechanic tools required. CDL is helpful, but not required.
