Experienced DMV / Title Manager /Head Biller

Your Responsibilities:

Oversight of processing of all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Manage the DMV and payoff schedule to ensure lien releases are received in a timely manner. Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller at the end of month. Ensure compliance with all DMV regulations and dealership policies. Conducts periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures and issues a written memo to managers and all sales personnel whenever regulations change.

Requirements:

Experience with oversight of a busy DMV department in a retail automotive environment. Knowledge of

NYS VERIFI

system. Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, vendors, and management.
