Experienced Door-to-Door Construction & Insurance Sales Representative

About Us:

RMC Remodeling LLC is a growing remodeling and exterior restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, storm damage restoration, insurance claim projects, and residential remodeling. We are seeking a motivated, experienced sales professional who understands insurance claims, storm restoration, and construction sales.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative with proven experience generating leads, inspecting properties, identifying storm damage, working with homeowners, and assisting through insurance claim processes.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door marketing Identify roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior storm damage opportunities Educate homeowners on insurance claim processes and restoration options Schedule inspections and consultations Build relationships with homeowners and maintain follow-up communication Assist clients from initial contact through contract signing Work closely with project management teams for smooth handoff Meet weekly sales and appointment goals Represent RMC Remodeling professionally in the community

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years experience in door-to-door construction sales or insurance restoration sales ✔ Strong knowledge of insurance claims (roofing, storm damage, exterior restoration preferred) ✔ Experience closing remodeling or restoration projects ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently ✔ Reliable transportation required ✔ Ability to climb roofs or willingness to learn inspections (preferred) ✔ Experience with CRM systems is a plus
