Position Overview:

Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC of Siloam Springs is seeking a dynamic Express Automotive Technician to join our team. Monday through Friday with a minimum of one Saturday per month. Responsibilities:

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks. Diagnose and troubleshoot minor vehicle issues to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and dealership protocols. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates, actively participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or certification preferred. Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
