Job Description:
NEMT Stat Air Ambulance Cooperative (Stat Air) invites you to explore an outstanding opportunity as a critical care Flight Nurse! STAT Air is a premier emergency medical air transportation company, known for its clinical excellence, safety focused aviation program, and passion in connecting critically ill and injured patients to needed higher levels of care. STAT Air operates three high performance fixed wing Pilatus airplanes out of its Glasgow, MT, base for both regional and long-distance interfacility transports. Flight Nurse Candidate Qualifications and skills required: Montana Licensed RN; bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required Minimum of 5 years nursing experience; Flight Nursing, ICU and/or ER background required Ability to accurately evaluate, treat, and monitor critically ill patients under pressure. Ability to administer medicine and provide advanced life support in a confined and noisy space. Ability to monitor medical supplies, instruments, and equipment. Strong communication skills to relay ETAs, patient condition, and intervention details to awaiting medical staff. Willingness to remain proficient with advancements in the field of in-flight trauma nursing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and charting, recordkeeping skills. Tolerating stressors of flight, including but not limited to, motion, vibration, and temperature variations. Able to work as an autonomous flight crew with minimal supervision, under pressure in a variety of stressful situations. Required Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and a critical trauma care certificate such as TNCC or TPATC; CFRN certification preferred

12 & 24 hour shifts Stay at home when on call, if living within 10 minutes from airport. Housing available on base during shift.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent Pay:
$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
