Job Duties include, but are not limited: Setting up, sanitizing, cleaning, and organizing work stations in accordance with established hygiene standards Assisting the Cook with preparing ingredients for shift Assisting with unloading delivered food supplies Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliance, utensils and dishes Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors Removing and disposing trash
