Experienced HVAC Installer - 2 yrs exp req

Thumb Cooling & Heating is looking to hire a friendly and professional individual as an Experienced HVAC Installer with the ability to install, maintain and repair both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install residential and commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Thumb Cooling & Heating will provide power and specialty tools. You must provide your own hand tools. Communication with the Install Manager on the coordination of where to report for jobs each day. Complete daily project report sheets and submit to the Install Manager. Attend and actively participate in weekly safety meetings. These meetings are to include truck inspections, which are to be filled out and submitted.

Job Qualifications:

Full time, Monday-Friday 3+ year with related experience preferred Must have a valid Driver's License Ability to move and lift 40+ pounds. Display professionalism and integrity while working with clients on location. Possess a willing to learn attitude.
