You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping drive company growth through value-based recommendations—not high-pressure sales tactics. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Educate customers and present multiple solution options Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Keep truck inventory accurate and up to date Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately Participate in the on-call rotation Maintain a professional appearance and conduct Attend training and continuing education opportunities Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC components and replacement systems EPA certification required Clean driving record Sales mindset with strong communication skills Willingness to obtain additional certifications (company assistance provided) Why Allegiance We are a family-owned company that believes great teams are built through trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
