If you can diagnose issues quickly, communicate well with homeowners, and lead installs without constant hand-holding—we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair residential/light commercial heating & cooling systems
• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, and more
• Create proposals/invoices on an iPad
• Help customers understand repair vs replacement options
• Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
• Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites
• Train/support junior installers or helpers as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC field experience
• Strong service diagnostic skills
• Experience leading residential installations
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
