Full-Time Pay:

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality products Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners Identify repair opportunities and educate customers on long-term solutions Complete service documentation accurately Deliver a five-star customer experience at every visit Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area Work closely with dispatch and support teams to maximize efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, and residential HVAC equipment Boiler experience is a plus EPA certification required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality
