Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information Process applications, certifications, and compliance documentation Manage leasing files and ensure accuracy for Tax Credit requirements Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily office communication Prepare leasing documents, notices, and resident correspondence Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations Requirements Tax Credit experience required OneSite (RealPage) experience required Previous leasing experience in property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently How to Apply If you're an experienced leasing professional with strong Tax Credit and OneSite skills, BG Staffing would love to connect with you.
