Full Job Description Location:

AV/SCV Area Servicing Los Angeles County We are seeking an experienced multi-trade technician with a strong construction background to join our growing team. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and capable of handling a wide range of residential repair and construction tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction experience Basic masonry experience required Experience with: Light electrical Light plumbing Metal stud framing Roofing repairs Drywall experience is a plus Must have own truck and tools Must be able to work independently and problem solve in the field Clean, professional attitude and good communication skills required

Compensation:

$35/hour Fuel and truck allowance provided Consistent work available for the right person This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone experienced who takes pride in their work and can handle a variety of repair and construction tasks with minimal supervision.
