Job Description

Experienced Full-Time Office Manager for a busy construction office. Knowledge of business and familiarity with Mac OS a plus. Main duties will be answering phones and assisting with current projects. Interaction with construction personnel and subcontractors. Front-line customer service, meeting with clients in our showroom and design center.. Assist in scheduling meetings and customer appointments. Assist in updating and maintaining scheduling calendars. Assist with high-volume email correspondence. Work performed requires excellent written and verbal communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize those tasks. light bookkeeping.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
