Job Description
On-Site Sales Executive - Luxury Single-Family Home Community Lake Toxaway, North Carolina We are seeking a highly experienced On-Site Sales Executive to represent a premier luxury single-family home community in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina. This role is specifically suited for a professional with a strong background working on-site for a luxury home builder or master-planned residential community , with a deep understanding of the new construction sales cycle. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Discovery Center , requiring consistent presence, ownership of the buyer experience, and the ability to operate independently in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective buyers, guiding them through the full lifecycle—from initial engagement and community education to contract execution and closing—while delivering a best-in-class luxury sales experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site sales lead , managing all day-to-day sales activity from the Discovery Center. Engage and qualify prospective buyers, delivering a compelling and informed presentation of the community, homesites, builder offerings, and overall lifestyle. Conduct in-person and virtual tours of homesites, residences, and amenities, tailoring each experience to the buyer's profile. Demonstrate a strong command of new construction sales , including pricing, premiums, lot selection, and build timelines. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Manage all inbound inquiries, lead follow-up, and pipeline activity with urgency and professionalism. Negotiate contracts and guide buyers through the purchase process through to closing. Partner closely with the developer, builder, and marketing team to ensure alignment on sales strategy, inventory, and positioning. Track market activity, competitive developments, and buyer trends to inform sales approach. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, transactions, and broker engagement within CRM systems.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Active North Carolina real estate license required. Demonstrated success in on-site sales for a luxury single-family home builder or residential community (highly preferred). Strong understanding of the new construction process , including homesite selection, build programs, and buyer customization. Proven ability to operate independently in an on-site, appointment-driven sales environment . Polished, professional presence with the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and closing skills. Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Must be available to work full-time on-site in the Discovery Center , including weekends as required. Immediate availability preferred.Pay:
