Experienced Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Painter to join our dynamic growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of painting and labor tasks across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, mudding, caulking, and applying primer as needed Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Complete drywall repairs during renovation projects Operate construction equipment including scaffolding, ladders and lifts Perform general labor tasks such as moving materials and cleaning work sites Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Requirements Prior experience in construction painting or related fields such as commercial or residential painting is preferred Knowledge of surface preparation techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding and ladders Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols Handyman experience or skills in fixture installation and renovation projects are advantageous Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship Must be a team player and able to work well with others Join our team if you're eager to build your expertise in construction painting while contributing to impactful projects!
