You will independently complete interior and exterior repaint projects, spray work, staining, and detailed finishes for residential properties at a craftsman's standard. You believe great painting is half preparation and half technique, and you respect both. You love the rhythm of a well-prepped room, a clean spray pass, and a job site that gets cleaner every hour. You are confident running your own scope independently while still being a strong teammate when needed. You are the kind of painter homeowners ask for by name on the next project. You bring at least five years of professional painting experience, strong spray and finish work skills, a valid driver's license, English speaking ability, and the legal right to work in the United States. What You Will Do Each Day Complete interior and exterior repaint projects to Full Circle quality standards. Perform skim coating and fine finish sanding. Spray interior surfaces and ceilings. Stain and varnish wood surfaces. Prep and repaint kitchen cabinets and enamel surfaces. Communicate professionally with homeowners and your team throughout each project.
