Experienced Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute specialized painting techniques such as industrial painting or restoration work to meet project requirements. Operate construction tools safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols on-site. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget. Skills Extensive experience in residential and commercial painting with a strong understanding of construction estimating processes. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for precise measurements and calculations. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and advanced equipment like airless sprayers. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques to assess project needs accurately. Familiarity with color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects; ability to match colors accurately. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks such as industrial painting or schematic-based projects. $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
