  • Full-time Coast Pavement Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Pavement Markings Applicator to join our growing team.
We are looking for motivated professionals with 3+ years of pavement marking or striping experience who can work independently, contribute to a crew environment, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision and safety, and is flexible with varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime opportunities. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and specifications for pavement marking projects Accurately layout and install: Parking stalls ADA compliant spaces Fire lanes Traffic lanes Directional markings Sports courts and specialty markings More! Operate and maintain striping machines and related equipment Perform work independently or collaboratively with a crew Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards Assist with additional field tasks and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of pavement marking / striping experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pride in craftsmanship and producing clean, professional work Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work: Early mornings Evenings Night shifts Weekends Holidays Willingness to travel locally to varying job sites Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project demands Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring: Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs Bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Operating equipment safely in active traffic environments Safety & Professional Expectations Follow OSHA, DOT, and all company safety standards Attend required trainings, safety meetings, and briefings Maintain professionalism with customers, coworkers, and the public Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Compensation & Benefits $27.00
