Experienced Automotive Parts AdvisorSuburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City is hiring an Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our dealership Parts Department. We are looking for someone with strong automotive parts experience who understands parts lookup, technician counter support, special orders, inventory accuracy, customer service, and the pace of a busy dealership service department. Dealership parts experience is strongly preferred, and experience with CDJR, Mopar, Stellantis, CDK, wholesale parts, retail parts, or technician parts counter support is a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for a Parts Advisor who knows how important accuracy, urgency, and communication are in keeping repair orders moving and customers supported. What You'll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and wholesale customers with parts requests Look up, quote, source, and order the correct automotive parts Use parts cataloging systems to identify parts by VIN, repair need, and application Support internal parts requests for the service department Process special orders, invoices, returns, backorders, and parts requests Help monitor inventory, stock levels, and parts availability Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, technicians, and advisors Pull, stage, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently Help maintain an organized, accurate, and productive parts department What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience required Dealership parts experience strongly preferred CDJR, Mopar, or Stellantis experience preferred CDK or similar dealership system experience preferred Strong parts lookup, cataloging, and inventory knowledge Ability to support technicians and advisors in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Us?
