NY HOME CARE SERVICES, INC

is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to join our growing home care agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping, with hands-on knowledge of HHAeXchange and Viventium . This role is responsible for managing payroll, billing, and financial records while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Process weekly/biweekly payroll for caregivers and office staff Manage billing, claims, and timesheets using HHAeXchange& VIVENTIEM Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws Track employee hours, PTO, and payroll adjustments Generate payroll and financial reports Support HR with onboarding and employee record management Requirements Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or payroll experience Experience in a home care or home health agency Proficiency in HHAeXchange and Viventium ( required ) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information

BILLINGUAL IN DIFFERENT LAGUAGES PREFFERED BENGALI ,HINDI ,URDU, SPANISH, RUSSIAN&CHINESE.
