Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and documentation practices. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require dementia care is a plus. Ability to perform lifting as required by client needs.
