Position Overview The Full-Time Groomer is responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of every pet. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy salon environment and delivering excellent customer service to a loyal client base. Responsibilities Perform professional dog grooming services including: Bathing Haircuts and breed-specific trims Nail trimming and grinding Ear cleaning De-shedding treatments Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming stations and salon areas Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding grooming needs and recommendations Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment Maintain grooming tools and equipment in excellent condition Follow salon procedures and pet safety standards at all times Qualifications At least 2 years professional grooming experience required Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types Strong scissoring and finishing skills preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments safely Schedule Full-time position Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling may include evenings and holidays during busy seasons What We Offer Competitive compensation Busy established client base Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow within a highly respected salon Work in a clean, upscale, fast-paced grooming facility To Apply Please email your resume, grooming experience, and any portfolio/photos of your work to the salon directly.
