Experienced Roof Inspector

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Roof Inspector to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of roofing, siding, and gutter systems, ensuring quality standards are met, and identifying potential issues early. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of roofing projects, support construction management efforts, and uphold safety and quality protocols across various sites. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive roof inspections for insurance related claims, evaluate for repairs and maintenance projects. Provide inspection reports and notes to office for successful insurance estimate submissions and accurate and competitive retail estimates. Maintain relationship with customers, communicating and providing weekly updates on status of claim or job(s). Collaborate with labor teams in order to schedule work to be performed and materials to be ordered. Collaborate with office staff for updates, work orders, permit requests, paperwork, and etc. Review construction contracts and specifications to verify that work aligns with agreed-upon standards and technical requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in construction inspection with a focus on roofing or insurance related claims. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and construction site safety protocols. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and recommend effective solutions. Familiarity with quality control processes, quality inspection techniques, and data collection methods on construction sites. Ability to navigate construction sites confidently while adhering to safety regulations. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and clients regarding inspection findings.
