What You'll Be Doing:

As an RV Service & Repair Technician, you'll: ✔ Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, and appliance systems ✔ Troubleshoot complex issues and identify practical solutions ✔ Perform repairs and reconditioning on pre-owned RVs ✔ Complete quality repairs with strong attention to detail ✔ Communicate professionally with manufacturers, team members, and customers when needed ✔ Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for experienced, dependable technicians who take pride in quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

✔ 3-5+ years of RV technician experience strongly preferred but not required ✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities ✔ Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, appliance, and interior systems ✔ Construction/carpentry experience for water damage and structural repairs is highly valued ✔ Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades are a plus ✔ Must have your own tools ✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Strong work ethic and team mentality ✔ Valid driver's license with clean driving record ✔ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
